Two months from the day on which the Office of Ocean and coastal Resource Management (OCRM) has identified a number of workshops of the coastal Zone Management Act (CZMA) Federal consistency.

The workshops were designed to help States and federal agencies in an efficient and effective implementation of requirements for staff training programmes in order to ensure the consistency and provides an opportunity to learn from each other's programs on the establishment of effective employment relationships within these groups.
